Frequently Asked Questions for NX-400-R-Nexx Racing Reservoir Shock (4 pcs) for 1/18 TRX-4M motor mount 100% Brand new and high

What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?

Avoid buying unwanted scope merely to qualify for an unnecessary benefit. Check the process for reporting a missing included benefit rather than assuming it will arrive separately.

What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?

Compare the full context rather than isolated phrases from different pages. Consider whether different terms are being used for the same feature.

What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Do not assume an automated acknowledgment means a person reviewed the message. Look for published exceptions such as a temporary closure notice.
